I can remember growing in in primary school on a wet piece of paper towel or kitchen towel!!

 

A friend of mine is growing some now on some soil.  Its the easiest thing you could possibly grow, all it really needs is water!  (If i could do it at age 4 then anyone can!)

Hi there, I used to grow watercress in my garden pond.

It roots very easily and will grow during the summer months in an outside pond, the pond benefits because the plant helps maintain water condition, the fish like it because they can eat it and hide in it and you like it because you can pick it and eat it.
