hiya, shortly (probably) going to move house, and last time promised myself we would get a firm to do it, none of this messing around. Has anyone ever used pickfords/a.n.other for house removals? Were they any good? good value? howmuch? moving or moving AND packing?

My wife watches some rubbish on TV ...a program where you watch people bubble wrap and wrap stuff up ... For Funks Sake !!!!

Could you find a local company you could supprt evil-sheep? not only good for the economy but you often get a better service when you go local.

I have recorded that programme and will watch today as its raining.
I should think Pickfords would cost an arm & a leg to pack and move, but they are reliable, I think thats why folks hire a van and DIY the move because its so expensive.Good luck with the move, moving is supposed to be one of the most stressful events in your life.
