Tumble drier problem

My wife has just informed me that the last load in the tumble drier was still wet'. Also the cabinet was quite hot to the touch on top!!! Make is White Knight Sensordry. Model no: CL447WV. Could it need someone out to it??

So... you have at least two of the three things to make your drier work (assuming it's similar to the ones here in the U.S.):
1. It heats
2. It "tumbles" - drum is turning

No im not convinced gingebee, the term "Tumble drier" is an ill conceived and misinformed description once you understand the genuine meaning of the word "Tumble" One can only guess that it was conceived by long haired louts in a lab somewhere in an attempt to be "Hip" or "With it" at some point.

How full is the drum? There has to be room for the clothes to tumble in the warm air. My neighbour asked for advice with a similar problem, when I looked, she had the drum rammed full with wet clothes.
