phone problems

i have a bt phone and line rental and every day that i am here at home it beeps then displays base 1, i know what base 1 is, its called that cos i only have one phone, then goes back to display handset, its been doing this for months,its as if the connection is cutting out, so whats the problem, thanx

Perhaps you need to change the back-up battery in the phone? We get this sometimes.
