 I currently rent a house in Essex with my partner, unfortunatly he has decided to move out and live alone. I am desperate to stay as the house is in a beautiful quiet village and has become my home. I will rent share with a man or woman, but only non-smokers,with deposits and references. No DHSS. Help this is urgent
