Boxing in a bath

Doing up a bathroom slowly but surely.  Bath is all plumbed in and we now need to "box" it in.  Its not going to be possible to get a matching shop bought side panel so I'm wondering what other options there are.  I've seen tongue and groove bath panelling and that looks nice but has anybody done anything else to good effect?

Tiling it the same colour as the rest of the room lookd really nice.

Focus make bath panels and ends for boxing in your bath - they can be stained, varnished or painted.  Presumably the other DIY stores do them as well so there could be other options
