Question about tenancy agreement

I'm about to sign a tenancy agreement that makes me agree to terms under the superior/head lease. Is it right that the estate agent can make me do this? My tenancy is for 1 year with a 6 month breakout clause and the superior/head lease is for 99 or 125 years.

Is this right?
