I would appreciate some advise please. I planted some seeds in January to get an early start on my veg and have gown them in my conservatory, they are now starting to flower, do I let them flower, or should I pinch the flowers out. Any help as what to do would be most helpful. Thank you.

much too early I'd pinch them out to get bushy plants bearing in mind you won't be able to plant themout until pretty much all risk of frost unless you have big cloches You will probably find they will be too big to transplant properly though
My instinct would be to pinch out the flowers to encourage root growth and strong stems, but I'm not terribly sure. Have you thought about googling for some advice?
Well there's no point leaving the flowers on - unless your conservatory is also a haven for bees.
Actually Buildersmate, it's from the flowers that the beans grow! However, it's much too early to have sown dwarf beans so I would just regard them as decorative plants for your conservatory.
You need bees to pollinate them so you won't get beans if you keep the plants indoors.. I think I'd pot them up into larger pots, and keep them going until it is warm enough to put them outside then use them as a container crop and start some fresh plants for setting out
