Can only report on the following

Bought new , delivered and removed old washing machine for my daughter exactly as requested and she was kept up-to-date by the driver/delivery men

Belated ty Puternut. My question was too specific but you did your best..hence Best Answer. Now know the answer through action. Appliancesonline were great in price, qualiity, delivery and fitting. I highly recommend them to all.
