my washing machine bosch wff 2000 will not let me use the rinse aide, for some reason it has stopped going into the wash, i have done everything that the hand book says, but to no avail

Have you tried removing the whole detergent drawer and cleaning it ? - I think you pull it all the way out and there's a button to press in underneath or you tilt it upwards.

They have a habit of getting 'gummed up' with detergent and mould. Worth a try unless the machine is quite new.

When you open the detergent drawer on my washing machine there is a plastic cylinder type thing on the conditioner portion. If yours has one make sure you take it off and clean that and the bit it pops onto aswell. I once called out the repair man for the problem you've got, a very expensive way of finding out that you have to clean out the detergent drawer occasionally!

thanks billynomates I have tried all of your  ideas, but still not working, i do clean that part of the washing machine on a regular basis

Try just using the rinse option see if it works.

Check the water inlet above the middle part of the detergent tray is not blocked.
