Machine washing ineffective?
12 Answers
I wash my clothes in my machine on the 40 cotton cycle. I shower every morning and use spray on anti perspirant. After a few weeks of wearing, my polo shirts for work start to, how shall I say, get a bit whiffy around the armpit area.
What am I doing wrong? How can I get the shirts fully clean? I'm getting paranoid about being a smelly!
Thanks

They used to go yellowish under the armpits ! I think it's the deodorant that gets into the fabric somehow especially ones that contain alluminium ..Try a cupful of white vinegar in the final rinse cycle and a cupful of washing soda in the drawer along with what ever other powder or liquid you use . I got good results with that and I promise you the vinegar leaves no smell !
