Dye stain removal in cotton

What is the best way of getting rid of a stain on a white cotton shirt which has been discoloured by being placed next to a wet, red t-shirt which has now stained the white shirt pink? The stained area is about 12 inches square.

in the laundry aisle of your local supermarket or preferably wilkinson, there is a company called dylon (or maybe stain devil) i know that both of these companies do a stain remover particularly for colour run like you have experienced

This happened me a few times,and I always try steeping the clothes in water with a little bit of bleach added.It does usually work,but just be careful not to overdo the bleach!

try using lemon juice it is a natural aleternative to bleach as lemon cuts though all sorts of stains.
