Any suggestions on how to propagate this lovely plant would be very welcome.

Save some of the pods and keep til early spring, roughen up the tough seed coats with a nail file the soak the seed in warm water over night.
Sow in pots (the taller the better) grow them on to early summer in a cold frame and plant out.
It may be worth trying to sow some in open ground also, as they don't transplant very well, due to the long root-run.
