I have just baked a ginger cake. I hate baking but I just had this idea about baking a cake. I know why I hate it so much. It's all the mess it creates.
Will not be doing that again for a long, long time.

Ah yes the washing up! But the taste of home made is so much better and you know what is in it, no additives. Remember to keep it a few days before eating(if you can resist), the flavours become intnese.
