We (the family) thought 'how hilar.. get a gnome of our brother for his 50th'.. a) how rude to the gnome community is this.. and b) if 'a' doesnt apply can anyone point me in the right direction... thanks/apologies in advance...

Have a look here, although £250 for the basic gnome does seem a little expensive. Reproduction quality is doubtful to my eyes at least.

This American company's products seem a more accurate reproduction and prices $100-$350 no too bad. Don't know about trans-atlantic shipping though.
