as soon as a flower comes out something eats it ,i have slug pellets all around and i've checked the leaves for flies help please x

Earwigs. They're notorious for doing this. Set up some earwig traps.

Could be a number of things mally. Have a look at this link and look out for very tiny green caterpillars.... xx
