Toilet Push Button Cistern

toilet flushes ok but then water keeps running into the pan for about two minuets before it stops.
Any idea how to cure this happening ?

I have the same problem but it does not stop I have to move the top (lid) to stop it, it was a new toilet, cowboy plumber has long gone.

Our does this, but not all the time. If you dib the button a second time, it stops it.

I have to say it does not happen all the time. I cleaned the round rubber bit, but it is still happenening maybe I needed to clean inside the hole as well I forgot, I will do later on.

I had this problem & replaced the bit like in the 1st video that Tonynav posted. I took the part out & took it to Plumbcenter. The new part was less than £15 including vat.
