Coconut Milk
7 Answers
I've had two tins of coconut milk (from the far east) in the cupboard for a while now - have never bought it before so not sure if it is normal for the contents to have separated in the tin. I have a thick cream at the top and the oil beneath. Please could some kind soul help me out - is it okay to use do you know? Thank you.

As I remember you always have to shake coconut milk before using and this seems to bear me out http:// en.wiki pedia.o rg/wiki /Coconu t_milk# Canned_ coconut _milk
