I use a spay bottle, 3/4 water, 1/4 white vinegar. I spray the shower after each use. I the wipe off the liquid with a small squeegy. It takes no time at all.

Vinegar works well.
I use diluted Flash liquid to great effect.
Cillit Bang active foam is amazing and you can use it on showerscreens too - just make sure you close the bathroom door whilst you are doing it if you have pets or kids and open the windows as it's v. powerful stuff.
Two things to try. The first is Ozkleen bathroom cleaner which works very well. Wilko’s have it. The second is ordinary thick limescale remover, the kind you use in the loo squirt some on the top of the screen then spread it around with a paintbrush, leave for 10 to 30 mins and rinse.

Once it's cleaned, use a silicone blade to remove water after using the shower....no water marks....no cleaner required!
I'm with ummmm, vinegar in warm water, a bit of elbow grease and polish up with crumpled up newspaper
Viakal is brilliant.
White vinegar and water is the best for water marks. Make sure you rinse it off and polish up with a dry cloth - I use a clean tea towel
If you dry it with your bath towel after each use chemicals needed and takes less than 10 seconds! But I can vouch for Viakal to get it right in the first place!
