I plan to plant this into a large container so that it can be moved around to the best position later on. What sort of soil is best. I have bags of well rotted manure but should this be used sparingly or should I plant this cane into a pot entirely of the well rotted manure?
I have growmore, bonemeal and fish blood and bone so do I need to add any of these to the planting medium? Any advice much appreciated.

Tree and shrub compost or John Innes 3. No added stuff this year.
A good multi purpose compost should be fine, they do best in a slightly acidic soil.
I would start feeding them during the growing season about once a month.
Keep well watered, preferably rain water.
I thought that you may be interested in another variety of raspberry. which is an early cropper, to go with your 'Autumn Bliss'.
Its a thornless dwarf variety called 'Ruby Beauty' which they reckon, can produce 1.5kg of fruit and ideally suited to be grown in a pot on the patio.
It apparently grows to only 3' high.
