What Is Causing This

I have had about 4-5 fridge freezers in my day.
Every one of them including this one "leaks".
Where the drainage hole at back of fridge - water seems to leak from it resulting perhaps some water in the vegetable basket and also underneath it.
All these years I just rolled up a kitchen towel and put it at the hole and just changed it when I had to. Anybody know how I can stop the "leaks".
I have cleaned the hole many times but to no success.

I am hell for poking lots of things without switching off - particularly vacuum cleaners - changing belts and removing fluff etc.
Yesterday thought hoover was not sucking as well as it should have been - stripped it down a bit - took off hose top and bottom (didn't switch off) but lucky for me there was a finger of Time-Out stuck in the hose. Yeah it might have been Time-Out for me if I hadda poked anymore. LOL

Jenny if you pull the freezer out again yo will see a, probably, plastic tube that runs down from the condensation drain in the freezer to the heated tray ate bottom. This will probably be blocked. It will have little clips or grips that hold it in place. Remove the little tube and put it in a bowl of warm soapy water and give it a soak for a few minutes or until you have cleared the blockage. Warning it is not a pretty sight and will probably look like grey and brown slime.
