At bottom of shower door, seems very hard to remove, has anyone ever removed one I would like to renew it, but wondering now if it does come off.

They usually slide out, try holding the end and giving it a pull.

As Tonyav says, it should slide out. If you slide a little out say a inch or so, cut it off and look at the profile and find one that matches. There are dozens mind. When you have the right one remove the rest and replace.
It sounds as if replacing it might be slightly difficult. :-(
It's not, Yilly. It's easy ( I've changed ours ). Old one slides out and new one slides in.

Still having a job sliding it out seems to be stuck fast but thanks guys
