My climbing fuchsia has started to go yellow and drop its leaves. Should I prune it when all the leaves have dropped or wait until the spring when the new growth starts to show?

Never heard of a climbing fuchsia but leave the dead stems on the plant until March....this will give the lower buds protection against frost damage.
Cut it back as hard as you like but remember that fuchsias are fairly slow to start growing in the spring so don't give up on it for a while if nothing shows.
