great if you want to stay cool at night, blended are ok too.
i have both and don't mind either to be honest.

I pick bedlinen by using a very scientific formula.

Sheets - I pick one that is cream or beige.
Quilt covers - I pick the prettiest one, usually floral.

...actually, I prefer poly/cotton (not too much poly, though) - 100% cotton looks awful unironed, but poly/cotton can be left to it's own devices!

modal or tencel is my choice....as cool and breathable as linen or cotton with minimal ironing and a lovely silky finish
