Just inherited a wooden wardrobe and a chest of drawers Any ideas on how to get rid of the damp musty smell inside them? Thanks

Can you set it in the yard for a few hours in the fresh outdoors and sunlight? Put in a couple of dryer sheets inside as well.

Go to the chemist, buy a bottle of Oil of Cloves. Put a couple of drops on a few tissues, place the tissues in the wardrobe and drawers and close them for a week or two. Open all doors and drawers to air them and the musty smell should dissapear..
