I have a police truncheon (possible Victorian). It’s hollow wood and the handle detaches. It was made this way so that a lead weight could be inserted (which I don't have). I tried selling it on eBay but they took down the listing. I saw a similar post on here and thought I'd ask if anyone knows any places that I can sell it?

Try a local auctioneer.
Have seen them on Flog It. They appear to go down well at auction sales so maybe try your local auctioneer.
Retrocop might be interested :)
I also came across this on my travels

"BUY POLICE BATON UK
Please note, if you are looking for a telescopic police baton for sale in the UK, or any other police baton for sale in the UK, that these items are restricted by law.

Please do not attempt to buy police batons in the UK unless you are legally entitled to do so."

Thanks but no thanks. I have a veritable dominatrix dungeon of various truncheons,Batons and Asps and can throw in three different types of handcuffs as well. :-)
Oh my
I think any auction house would be happy to put it in a sale
Most auction houses have General sales but one with a specialist sale of civilian force memorabilia would be better. Sometimes they are a side section to militaries auctions.
