Almost completed makes it sound as if they are the only ones you want and yet you have only asked up to 15 and there are 40 Have you finished the rest?

In fact, smouse, I asked for 11 answers and received 3 which helped me a great deal. I have 10 more words to get and I have worked out the author for column 1 which is quite interesting since it falls into the spirit of Christmas.Diddlydo makes it sound so easy! I should really have to purchase the Chambers dictionary. Could you recommend which edition to obtain? Thanks in advance!

Matakari, the latest edition of Chambers would be best - that's what most setters use! It will be invaluable.

I think the latest is the 13th Edition, I still manage well with the 11th, which could be sourced cheaper I imagine.
