I just got a indoor vase of tulips with their bulbs growing in water. Now that they seemed to have bloomed, do I cut them or leave them? If I do cut them will they continue growing and how far do I cut them?

A quick bit of googling suggests that the bulbs are unlikely to flower again next year and that you should discard them (to be replaced by new ones in the autumn).
