Wood Veg Crate

I would like to make this some sort of feature to use it indoors, its to good to throw away, has anyone any ideas what to put in it to show it off, I did think of a big bunch of dried flowers laid in and over it, but wondered if any of you abers had any other ideas for me.

Depends how big it is...I use mine to store onions...if it was bigger I would line the bottom with plastic and use it for pots of growing herbs. Instead of flowers mix greenery with dried herbs for a lovely smell. Lotions and potions in the bathroom, towels as well. Cleaning products?
