can you please help with carnation cuttings. in september i was given some cuttings and they have taken very well, (indoors) but they are growing so leggy they are about 12-14 inches tall ( sorry do not know metric) what should i do?

I think you need to pinch the growing shoot to make them bush out instead. I am no expert at carnations but thats what I do with some of my house plants to make them fuller and not just grow tall and leggy.
