Preserved Flowers

Hi hope someone can help. Any idea's how I can preserve some wedding flowers, a sort of do it yourself way. I have some Roses, and a small bridesmaid bouquet that I would like to preserve and keep forever. Anyone out there have you done this sort of thing? did it work? any suggestions please. Thanks

I hung a bouquet of flowers upside down from the wall and they preserved quite well. Only the white flowers showed a hint of brownness. Being white I doubt there is much to prevent this. They lasted years until my husband suggested I get rid of it.
