Bedford Borough Council have re-instated the green garden waste bin collection.

That is welcome news.

Nothing like that here, Tilly. We live in a large field. Our man on a mower can't come. We only have two Irish hares to nibble the grass away.
Dave is going to rustle the sheep from the field up the lane.

they never stopped ours, but it's only every two weeks and monthly in winter. And we have to pay, which I regard as a garden tax.

Ours starts again on Monday (West Dorset) . They are refunding the missed weeks by taking it off next year's subscription - which is great as long as you still wanted to carry on with the service!

we pay for ours too. They have tacked the time they suspended it onto the end of the year so we don't lose out
