Craft Ideas Please . . .

I help run a small support group and every xmas we take a stall at a local market/fare to sell items that we have made in order to raise money for the group. This year for obvious reasons there aren't going to be any such fares so we are trying to think what we can make and sell and how to do it.
We don't have a website but could sell what we have made via facebook/social media. But what do we make? We usually sell decorated baubles, knitted toys, reindeer food (ie birdfood wrapped in decorated bags!) etc. However all of our items are always very low value so this year we wouldn't be able to make much after we paid for postage, and the buyers aren't likely to pay postage for what is essentially stocking filler items.
So I would love any suggestions on what we could make that would have a low postage cost, or what we could sell multiples of so that the postage would be worthwhile.
All help gratefully received.
Thanks.
