Which Sander?
4 Answers
Mrs Woodchopper is wanting a new kitchen - therefore the 6" tiles must come off the wall above the work tops which will then be painted. Now assuming the tiles will leave adhesive on the wall which is the best sander to achieve a smooth finish ? Belt Sander - Orbital or other.
I'm hoping that removing the tiles wont remove great chunks of plaster with them.
Tiles were put on by me years ago using small tubs of Pollyfilla type adhesive and not the polymer/sticky glue type.

Perfect finish. Looks classy, and will wipe down forever.
Otherwise, even our esteemed Shedman would struggle to get a decent paint finish without over-skimming first.
