Hi, I am looking for a decent breadmaker that will
Mix my dough, prove it, mix again, prove it, then I wish to take it out and cook it in my own oven. I have read on line that quite a few people make bread this way. Any help is appreciated.

I think every bread maker can do that.
Look for a breadmaker with a 'dough only' setting. As you don't want it to bake the loaf it is pointless paying for a high end all singing all dancing bread maker that lets you choose the colour of the crust etc. Good Housekeeping rates this as the best budget breadmaker and you can see it has a 'dough' setting

Thank you so much Barry 1010 that sounds just like what I am looking for at a reasonable price.
