Question About My Dishwasher
24 Answers
As some of you will know, I have treated myself to a table top dishwasher for the first time in my life.
I'm gradually getting used to it although I'm never sure if I'm stacking it properly as sometimes the mugs come out with water on them and not always clean but, the question I would like to ask is, once you start it up, can you stop it if you see you have forgotten to put something in it, or is it like a washing machine where you can't open it once it starts up? TIA.

It has a button you can press at the beginning that shortens the progs so instead of taking 2 hrs, it takes just over an hour.
At the moment I've got it on a hot wash as I've put an oven shelf and burners off the cooker, I just hope that's ok.

I can open my dishwasher mid-cycle, but I don't understand how your mugs are coming out with water in them unless they're the wrong way up.. Are you loading them upside down as you should?
Also when you load the machine make sure that none of the items are touching others. Lumping it all in haphazardly can result in things coming out dirty.

I'm putting the mugs in upside down, and I think the reason a few come out with water on the base is because I haven't put them in on a slant, I'll get the hang of it one day I'm sure.
I've watched a few videos on YouTube so I'm learning every day.
Can't wait to see if the oven shelf comes out clean as that is a job I really dislike doing.
