I often use these people when fitting for myself and others: https:/ /www.pl umbworl d.co.uk /electr ic-show ers-65- 0000?s5 21=8.5& amp;msc lkid=21 0385408 37710de b6dfe72 4b6c2bb 41
As you can see quite a range but should give you an idea. The only problem on fitting may be that the pipes and electric are in different postions. Without looking at it I'm afraid its impossible to tell.
Fitting will be 100+ I would imagine, depending on the above.

Sandy, it seems that is quite a common fault on showers (No 1 on this video)
Unless you want to buy a new shower, I wonder if perhaps calling out a plumber who might be able to replace the faulty part?
I would like to replace my shower as it goes hot and cold all the time, but then I think will it need to be re-tiled etc so I haven't bothered.

To get round the re-tiling you try to find a bigger one.
The biggest problem isnt the tiles but that different manufactures have differently entry point for the water and juice.
A competent plumber should be able to help. As I said earlier in the thread and you have reiterated its worth asking the plumbers to see if it can be repaired. Often its just the valve. Spares are availble for the type of shower stated.
