Hi
We have too a problem with out Glow worm micron 50FF boiler which is approx 3 yrs old, and have e-mailed Glow worm hoping for an answer, as browsing through different forums there are lots of unhappy people with their problematic boilers like ours, as we can be without heating and hot water, it either works or it doesn't. We also have a 10 year old son who suffers Asthma which don't help his situation. I will be checking with Glow worm about their common faults !! Perhaps if you have not sorted the problem out yet, maybe you too could e-mail them. Visit their website first at www.glow-worm.co.uk I am sure that was the site address I visited, or check on Google search. Good luck ! Please let me know what the problem was it may give me some idea for mine if the same sort of problem. Thank you !!!
