I have a BEKO fridge freezer and one of the glass shelves has fallen out of the wee holders that clip into the fridge

I contacted BEKO and naturally enough they want me to send some kind of serial number. Can't find the book - anyway have just pulled it out thinking the number would be on the back of the fridge.

Anybody tell me where I can look - thanks

Fridges/Freezers Beko displays the model and serial number on the inside of the door of the fridge as shown below.

Nope does it make a difference that I have a water dispenser on the fridge door

I keep all my appliance receipts, etc. instructions together in the same drawer. If owt happens I know where to look.

right - got my lovely neighbour (builder) showed the links on here - he said there is definitely no number.

Anyway took a photo of the code at the back of the fridge and came up
with CFD540S - then a number underneath it 023790032049 does that help

No that sounds like the model number - see picture above
the serial number will be S/N then numbers

If I have been asked to look for spare parts, I have looked only at the model number, not the serial number.

I always Google the part needed with the model number and there can be a big difference between the prices that the various spare parts sites charge.

ok guys - me and builder looked everywhere - he is very good - anyway I got lucky and got chat line online to a lady and whilst it took a bit of time - she knew what I was looking for and sent me a link for myself to copy and paste. So it is what I want and so ordered and paid for - this will make a big difference to my very untidy fridge.
