I am trying to figure out how to plan my day and would like to figure out how much time daily should be spent doing physical labour and my job. This means things like cleaning, cooking, organizing and so forth. Really anything that takes me away from sitting on my bottom doing nothing. I already work at a job that takes me out of the house 5-6 days a week for 5-8 hours at a time.
I also would like a list of things I could be doing that would keep me busy and not sitting on my bottom all day when I don't have to be at work. These things can be anything you can think of, no matter how ridiculous. I want to improve myself by keeping myself busy all the time.
