I have a lovely couple of days going out and about and also doing a bit of gardening. Sunshine rather warm but the beaches are wonderful. Not really looking forward to tourist time when everywhere gets crowded but it is nice to see all these happy people. Even Denzil likes it.
I've had a very pleasant and useful day as well Lady J. Writing group in the morning and arranged for one of our number to do an entertaining talk (in appropriate costume) on 17th C. medicine at our church as a fundraiser. A swift, successful shop in the nearby market town, lunch and then organ practice before a bit of garden clearing and pulling some early rhubarb. Fresh trout for dinner and now a bit of writing, clocking in on here every so often. Now't wrong wi' that!
Thank you Fraser and Jourdain2. Life is too short to maon so much. We have a lot to be grateful for compared with people in some other countries. Best to enjoy what we have.
Looks like today is going to be another lovely day. Sun is shining and the sky is blue all round.
Not much tweeting from my little birdies as everything gets drowned out by rooks and seagulls. There was a buzzard around yesterday and all the black things disappeared. The swallows are not bothered by the buzzard as they can easily out fly him.
Lovely seeing you around LJ, Fraser is sooo right, you’re a lovely lady who’s been there for me recently , AB was never mentioned,I don’t forget friendship like that, thank you
