Am I In Over My Head?

Recently I had a to deal with my son s father lying to the courts about my whereabouts.

seems to me he is very jealous do to the fact that i have moved on ( over 10years ago)

now that im married, & moved to a new envirment. He has lied to the courts saying that he doesnt know where i live just so that he can make me pay child support.

Also he has been manipulating my son son, saying that i have been doing everything, That he has really been doing. ( i cant make this stuff up)

Now that my son is with me ( Time share) He connecting the dots & really telling me everything he dad has been doing. My son is now realizing that it is in fact, his Fathers doing the wrong.


we have a court order, I just dont think its been fully updated yet.

how can i prove to the court all the lies? do they see this, when people are lying? where is the justice?

I hope you get justice, liars are the scum of the earth , they can manipulate people into believing their lies.
I wish I could offer some advice,truth is, I can’t , there is a very good lady on here called Barmaid , she works in law, hopefully she can point you in a direction that will help you
