Streaks On Window

I have big windows and electric karcher. I wash them down with soapy water, rinse with clear water then the the karcher but they streak so I polish them with Mr muscle. All with fracture of spine why does karcher streak. I am taking big breaks

I found this on the internet, it seems to suggest that you may wish to let your windows get dirty for a while.

Oac. Wouldn't please me. I asked a cleaner some time ago. She just slapped them.

after each stroke of the Karcher i wipe the blade with kitchen roll .i have big patio doors and i get no streaks x

After drying with any type of blade/squeegee, finish off with a decent microfibre cloth and don't use anything else (spray-wise).

I use old copies of the DT, the carbon in the print help lifts any marks and give a shine....

JJ, my Jay or JJ as we call him is my reason for living as well. I couldn't bear for him to have to go back into Rescue again.

Re your windows, get yourself 3 Scrims. 1 to wet in warm water with a tiny drop of washing up liquid and squeeze out then clean window. Number 2 to dry window and No.3 to polish it. You will not get any streaks. So easy and work brilliantly.

Jj, I’ve tried everything on my large windows, nothing works, but my cleaner gets them perfect.

Given avoiding back pain or avoiding window streaks I know which one I would opt for.

I haven't cleaned most of my windows for several years.

Make sure the water isn't too soapy though .... and with a bit of practice, streaky windows will be a distant memory
