Confused about a boy...

Hey - I am so confused and feeling a little bit hurt at the mo and I'd like you to tell me honestly whether I'm being totally ridiculous so I can snap out of it or wallow in self pity if I'm not! - neither option sounds too great really does it?! Anyway a started this new job last year and this guy seemed to take an immediate fancy to me, hanging around waiting for me to appear etc. Problem is he told me straight away that he has a girlfriend who he's been with for over two years now and who he loves completely. I therefore realised that this was not an attraction thing and more that he simply liked my personality which sounds quite nice doesn't it? Unfortunately I've promptly fallen in love with him (I think!). Anyway I knew nothing could happen and I didn't want to lose him as a friend so I thought I'd settle for that. Anyway so we got really really close and he was always so keen to see me - inviting me round to stay at his house, inviting me to any parties he was going to, always hanging aorund at work to chat etc. And even though I knew he didn't feel the same way about me, I obviously still enjoyed the attention and of course his company. So anyway, for the past three or so weeks he's pretty much totally ignored me. He doesn't hang around to 'bump' into me anymore, he hasn't text apart from in reply to one text I sent him which I'd hoped would break the ice, and he didn't invite me round at the time I've being going round to his every week for the past few months. I sent him a text asking him if he's been busy or if he's got bored of me or something but he just text back in a flippant sort of way saying he'd been a bit busy and then changed the subject to something really banal. I've shared a lot of my secrets and feelings with this guy so I really thought I could trust him quite a lot.
