I planted some young jasmine plants in a pot and kept it on a window sill over the winter. They have grown very well, is it OK to put them outside now?

If you have a cold frame or an old empty aquairium, that will act as a bridging step, failing that you could introduce the pots outside during the day and bring them in each night and keep this up until all fear of frost has passed. Good Luck.
We're in the south-east and are still having the odd night frost. I'd leave them until May to be sure they don't get damaged. If you're desperate to move them outside for space reasons, I'd buy some agricultural fleece or cover them with a net curtain at night until the end of April at the earliest.
