Hang the flowers upside down on a hook or wire in a warm, dark, dry spot. The flower heads dry before the stems. Larger alliums dry in about three weeks. Dont dry the leavest theyll turn yellow. They are quite fragile so hang them where they won't get knocked. You can spray them with gold or silver glitter paint for Christmas deccies.
Additionally you could put their heads in a brown paper bag when drying (dont ask why brown) and shake out a little seed, to use next year. Good luck.
