sink thingy

Hi all. Can anyone tell me where I can buy one of those things which goes into the plughole of a kitchen sink to trap any bits before they go down and block the pipe! I think that they are like a small sieve-like basket. I remember having one ages ago, so are they still available? Thanks.

Im sure ive seen them in the betterware book or maybe try lakeland they have unusual but practical things and you can order online. Im not one for wandering round the shops so cant help you as far as the high street is concerned.

Bought my one at Robert Dyas. I believe Woolworths sell them.

Coo-you ABers are a knowlegable lot! Many thanks to you all-loads of places to try. I just think that getting one of these will save us from constantly having to unbung the pipe under the sink. Yuk!
