Housewarming present

I am going to a party on Saturday night, someone I don't know very well, and he has moved into a new house recently. Does any one have any ideas as to what I could buy as a small housewarming present? I know he has loads of loot, he sails, lives by himself, so really he has pretty much everything but as well as bringing a bottle, I would like to get something for his house. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!.

My friend moved to a house with 5 loos so I bought her some Roger& Gallet guest soaps - not sure if this is a boy thing though.
