5 Answers
I have just put wall tiles in my bathroom and cant get residual grout off them. They are textured tiles so this has made cleaning difficult. Anyone any suggestions??

I waited 10 minutes or so for the grout to soften before scrubbing. Still wasn't easy to get off, but it worked eventually. My tiles aren't textured, but they are highly polished and they weren't damaged using this mixture. Good luck!
A bit obvious after the event, but its best to get clean lines with the rest of the excess grout removed by using a damp sponge before it sets. If the vinegar idea above doesn't work, you can buy proprietary products to help. HG Grout Remover is one such product - in 1 litre bottles from a specialist tiling shop. It has phosphoric acid in it.
