Anyone else finding it impossible to get them to send the money back on every 4th invoice as they promise when the contract is signed. I got my first cheque for �60 but had nothing since and it's over a year now. If you complain, they just say they'll re-issue a cheque and that can take 60 days...60 days later nothing...is it me?

We had no problem at all with 2 contracts, one we even send the bill in late, and still got the cheque back.
